We specialize in creating unforgettable moments for families, friends, and groups. From birthday parties to corporate events, we bring fun to life -- and we're looking for a driven Director of Sales to help make the magic happen. About the Role The Director of Sales will take the lead in generating, managing, and closing group and event bookings, including field trips, camps, corporate outings, fundraisers, and special events. You'll build relationships with clients, coordinate event logistics, and drive revenue through exceptional service and creative sales strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and loves turning ideas into experiences. Responsibilities * Proactively generate leads and convert inquiries into booked events * Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations * Create and present customized event packages tailored to client needs * Collaborate with operations and management to ensure event success * Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and goals * Attend networking events, trade shows, and represent Go 'N Bananas in the community * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or entertainment * Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills * Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events * Familiarity with Central Pennsylvania attraction & tourism industry, a plus * CTIS or similar certification preferred What We Offer * Competitive Base Salary: $60,000-$100,000 * Aggressive Commission Structure: High-earning potential for top performers * Comprehensive Benefits: Health, PTO, and team member discounts * Opportunities for professional growth within a fun and energetic company culture * A supportive and collaborative team that celebrates success How to Apply If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level and join a team that loves what they do, we'd love to hear from you!
