Personal Training Director Responsibilities Will Include : * This is an 80% / 20% position. Meaning 80% of your day will be dedicated to sales and 20% to overseeing training staff and services. * Recruit, coach, and lead certified trainers to success and build a winning team. * Prospecting the members of the club to schedule fitness consultations * Holding trainers accountable to production goals and policies * Achieve revenue and profit goals for the department Compensation: * Base Salary + Commission + Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus * $10,000+ per month earning potential Qualifications: * Proven Sales experience required. * Personal training certification or fitness related degree preferred but not required. (we will pay to certify you if needed) * Must have current, valid CPR/AED certification * Passion for your own fitness and helping others * Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented * Be coachable and enjoy coaching staff * Self-leadership and self-accountability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Experience: * Health club & gym management: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * PT certification (Required) Work Location: In person
