Responsibilities

Will Include :

• This is an 80% / 20% position. Meaning 80% of your day will be dedicated to sales and 20% to overseeing training staff and services.
• Recruit, coach, and lead certified trainers to success and build a winning team.
• Prospecting the members of the club to schedule fitness consultations
• Holding trainers accountable to production goals and policies
• Achieve revenue and profit goals for the department

Compensation

:

• Base Salary + Commission + Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus
• $10,000+ per month earning potential

Qualifications

:

• Proven Sales experience required.
• Personal training certification or fitness related degree preferred but not required. (we will pay to certify you if needed)
• Must have current, valid CPR/AED certification
• Passion for your own fitness and helping others
• Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented
• Be coachable and enjoy coaching staff
• Self-leadership and self-accountability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
