Patient Care Coordinator (Cosmetic Surgery Sales) Are you a high-powered, relationship-driven closer who thrives in a luxury, high-trust environment? We're hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to own the patient journey from first inquiry through booked procedure, delivering a premium experience that converts. What You 'll Do * Respond fast to new leads and follow up consistently until they book * Convert inquiries into consults, and consults into scheduled procedures * Confidently review fees, financing/payment policies, and provide quotes * Coordinate surgery scheduling logistics, deposits, and payment timelines * Track leads, referral sources, and outcomes in EMR; report conversion metrics * Support a high-touch consultation experience using approved education tools Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, or Dental environments are strongly preferred, especially in consult coordination, patient counseling, or elective procedure sales. What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of sales or conversion-focused experience (elective medical, aesthetics, dental, hospitality, luxury retail, etc.) * Proven ability to close high-ticket services with confidence and empathy * Strong organization, follow-through, and responsiveness (speed matters) * Professional phone presence + polished, discreet, patient-first demeanor * Comfortable using software and working with goals & metrics If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
