Kohll's Rx is looking for people with an associate's degree or higher. You will need to be a critical thinker and a problem solver. The job entails working with existing clients to provide their health care needs so that they can stay in their homes with as little assistance as possible. You will work closely with physician's offices to make sure the patient has proper documentation to qualify so that their insurance will pay for their purchases. There is little in-person contact with the patients, but you will get to know them as you assist them. You need to be able to advise them as they have questions about their supplies, from "how does it work" to "What other items do you carry that may fit me better?" Establish a good relationship with Patients 2. Make calls to clinics or other sources to get information to get supplies approved 3. Assist the patient in getting the supplies they need to either heal or make their lives easier 4. Greet patients when they call the facility. 5. Find out the needs of patients. 6. Verify demographics and obtain insurance information. 7. Help customers understand the process they are going through with the different types of insurance to be able to get their supplies. 8.
