Skills/Qualification : * Four years proven track record in business sales, marketing or related market * Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and planning, profitability, and goal setting with growth * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal * Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements * Ability to communication information, whether technical or non-technical to staff member, clients, and owners, in a clear and concise manner Job Description : Maintain and grow the company's vacation rental property inventory. Generate new business by cultivating prospects and retain the current business. Collaborate with management to develop and refine the company's business development strategy. Create detailed business plans and roadmaps to achieve growth targets based on specific volume annually based on monthly goals. * Follow up on new business opportunities, cold calling, social media presence, digital marketing, MLS research, setting up meetings with property owners, CAM's and various lead sources * Planning and preparing presentations to communicate product development for prospective clients * Oversee the development of marketing literature as it relates to business development * Meet developed sales goals and provide written sales reports/logs daily, advance weekly calendar preparations, bi-weekly meetings with management * Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful management agreement * Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients * Network and collaborate with real estate salespersons, brokerages, CAMs, Chamber of Commerce, Annual COA meeting attendance and other lead sources * Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the areas assigned * Possess a strong understanding of the company, our competition in the industry and its positioning * Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competition * Preparation and review of unit onboarding, preparing initial unit inventory and condition reports/unit ratings * Completion of expense reports, daily reconciliation of credit card receipts and submission to accounting * Other duties as assigned The above job description is designed to give an overview of the tasks and responsibilities for this position.
