Position Summary

We're looking for an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Associate to represent our clients face to face and inside local retail stores. No experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. This role is an excellent starting point for recent graduates or individuals eager to begin a career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in retail locations to promote and sell products
• Set up and maintain branded displays and promotional materials
• Provide excellent face to face customer service and answer product questions
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• No prior experience required -- full training provided
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic about learning
