TITLE: Outside Sales Representative LOCATION: Montgomery AL JOB TYPE: Full time and Direct Hire JOB DESCRIPTION: * This role is responsible for generating sales and income within the marine industry by developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing OEM s, shipyards, marinas and distributors. * Success will be measured by the ability to grow market share, strengthen partnerships and consistently deliver results in a competitive and evolving marine sector. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Proven Technical/Aftermarket Parts/Manufacturing environment success in Business to Business (B2B). * Experience in selling to Aftermarket Parts /Industrial distributor markets. * Ability to travel to customer sites and industry trade shows as needed. WHAT IS EXPECTED: * Develop new accounts across OEMs, shipbuilders, marinas, and distributor networks. * Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in the marine industry; travel occasionally, as necessary. * Answer customer inquiries with timely and solutions-oriented responses. * Attend marine trade shows and industry events to represent the company and networks. * Prepare and deliver sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly). * Conduct market research and assess new product requests within the marine industry. PREFERRED SKILLS: * B2B experience, ideally in marine; maybe OEM/manufacturing or automotive. * Customer service mindset with strong presentation abilities. * Willingness to travel domestically and attend industry events.
