TITLE: Outside Sales Representative LOCATION: Montgomery AL JOB TYPE: Full time and Direct Hire JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This role is responsible for generating sales and income within the marine industry by developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing OEM s, shipyards, marinas and distributors.
• Success will be measured by the ability to grow market share, strengthen partnerships and consistently deliver results in a competitive and evolving marine sector. REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proven Technical/Aftermarket Parts/Manufacturing environment success in Business to Business (B2B).
• Experience in selling to Aftermarket Parts /Industrial distributor markets.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry trade shows as needed. WHAT IS EXPECTED:
• Develop new accounts across OEMs, shipbuilders, marinas, and distributor networks.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in the marine industry; travel occasionally, as necessary.
• Answer customer inquiries with timely and solutions-oriented responses.
• Attend marine trade shows and industry events to represent the company and networks.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Conduct market research and assess new product requests within the marine industry. PREFERRED SKILLS:
• B2B experience, ideally in marine; maybe OEM/manufacturing or automotive.
• Customer service mindset with strong presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and attend industry events. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS & RELOCATIONS/ALLOWANCES/BONUS/COMMISSIONS:
• Base Salary: Best in industry and depending on experience and not a constraint for the right fit.
