Sales Manager - Lead. Close. Win. Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Top Performers Earn $150K+) At J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing, we're building something serious--and we're looking for a Sales Manager who's not afraid to lead from the front. This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain. This is for someone who wants to drive numbers, develop people, and dominate the scoreboard. You'll take the reins of our Comfort Advisor and Inside Sales team, implement high-accountability sales processes, and lead a department that's built to perform.
