Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and business development, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence through both technical and technology sales. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology or technical sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding teams toward achieving sales goals. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance. * Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both clients and the company. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. * A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
