About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and support both domestic and international customers. This position serves as a key interface between customers, sales, and production, supporting the quotation, order processing, and coordination of fiber-optic photodiodes used in telecommunication and related applications. This is an entry-level position , and comprehensive in-house training will be provided. It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career that combines technical knowledge, customer interaction, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Support

• Recommend appropriate photodiode products and prepare quotations for new and existing customers
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules with the production team
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status and delivery timelines
• Communicate with international sales representatives (primarily via email) to support global customer accounts 2. Shipping & Logistics
• Prepare and ship small packages using UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• For international shipments, obtain export authorization when required using the U.S. Customs and Border Protection ACE Portal
• Pack products carefully to ensure safe delivery (maximum carton weight: 20 lbs) 3. Documentation & Quality Support
• Generate product test reports from technicians' handwritten records using Microsoft Excel and Word templates
• Create barcodes and shipping documents, including invoices, when required
• Perform basic quality control testing on selected products

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry is highly desirable
• Experience or familiarity with the fiber-optic field is a plus
• Working knowledge of oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and multimeters is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both technical data and customers Why Join Us
