Requirements: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused call center supervisory role. * A proven knack for leading and motivating a fantastic sales team. * Great communication and people skills you can connect with anyone! * Strong analytical abilities to help us understand our data better. * A positive attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite a tech-savvy superstar!
