Now Hiring: Sales Consultant - Immigration Law Firm New York, NY | In-Office / Hybrid Full-Time | Base + Commission | Growth-Oriented Role We're hiring a Sales Consultant to join a high-performing immigration law firm with a national reputation and a proven inbound sales system. This is not cold calling and not a call-center role. You'll work with warm, inbound prospects who have already raised their hand for help. Your role is to consult with potential clients, assess fit, and enroll them into paid immigration consultations. Those consultations are then handled by senior attorneys and closers who guide clients into ongoing legal representation. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in consultative sales and wants long-term growth inside a professional services environment. What You 'll Do * Consult with inbound immigration prospects and sell them into paid legal consultations * Ask high-quality questions and create clarity around next steps * Manage a clean, organized pipeline with consistent follow-up * Collaborate closely with senior closers, attorneys, and leadership * Operate inside a structured, ethical, high-volume sales system This Role Is a Fit If You * Have experience selling consultations or booking qualified appointments (legal, financial, healthcare, or professional services preferred) * Can confidently navigate emotionally sensitive conversations * Communicate with maturity, empathy, and professionalism * Thrive in a fast-paced, structured, in-person or hybrid environment * Want a clear path for growth and increased responsibility * Live in or can commute to New York, NY Compensation & Perks * $70,000 to $82,000 OTE * $47,000 base salary * ~$30,000 in commission * Strong inbound lead flow (no prospecting required) * Hybrid flexibility (mix of in-office + WFH) * Long-term growth opportunity within the firm If you want a real sales role inside a respected law firm -- with structure, volume, and upside -- this is worth a conversation.
