[please apply online] Responsibilities of the Consultant include, but are not limited to: * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions * Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system Qualifications of the Consultant include, but are not limited to: * Previous sales experience required (industrial or pump/mechanical sales preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Additional Information: * Physical Demand: N/A * Working Conditions: Driving to and from customer locations * Training/Certifications: N/A * Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm * Travel: Travel within the assigned territory * Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required DXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
