B2B Sales Consultant - North America Are you our next B2B Sales Consultant in North America? Do you want to be part of a company producing high-quality gaming paints and accessories? Then check out this position with The Army Painter! We are an award-winning company in Denmark that manufactures paint and hobby tools for miniatures. We work with global licenses like Dungeons & Dragons, export to over 50 countries, and have a passionate fanbase. You will have approx. 85 Danish and 10 American colleagues as well as approx. 40 colleagues in our Spanish subsidiary. We are now looking for a charismatic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales Consultant who will be part of the driving force behind the growth, relationships and results of the activities of The Army Painter in the North American market. To succeed in growing sales for The Army Painter you are expected to: * Support development of our Retailer Support Program in the USA and ensure that our Distributors and Retailers have the best conditions for success. * Build strong relationships with both new and existing Distributors and Retailers mainly through phone work and some face-to-face sales. * Conduct sales presentations, campaigns, and training activities that inspire and engage. * Ensure that our products are visible, accessible, and in demand throughout the region. * Attend Distributor Vendor shows and Trade shows. To succeed as Sales Consultant in The Army Painter we believe that you: * Have in-depth knowledge of the North American B2B market. * Are passionate about developing partnerships, creating value for Retailers, and have experience with this from a similar role. * Have a flair for relationships, business, and sales strategy. * Are a disciplined self-starter with charm, persuasion and a trustworthy nature. * Are passionate and proactive with a curious mind. * Are fluent in English and quick to learn new IT systems. To excel in the job, it is important that you have experience or interest in tabletop games, miniature painting, fantasy, or sci-fi.
