Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for automobiles. Experience in dealership environments and familiarity with CRM software are highly valued. As an Automotive Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and contributing to the dealership's success. Responsibilities * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate sales opportunities. * Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. * Negotiate deals effectively, including pricing, financing options, and trade-ins, to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, and accessories to enhance customer value. * Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory levels and new vehicle models to provide accurate information to customers. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing showroom traffic and online inquiries. * Assist in inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels. * Support the dealership's sales goals by participating in promotional events and community outreach initiatives. Skills * Proven experience in automobile sales , retail sales , or dealership environments is preferred. * Strong communication skills , including public speaking and phone etiquette , to effectively engage with diverse customers. * Proficiency with CRM software , inventory management , and sales pipeline tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of retail math and organizational skills for deal closing. * Ability to perform outbound sales , conduct cold calling , and develop new business (B2B sales). * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse clientele. * Knowledge of high-end sales , upselling techniques , and sales management strategies is advantageous. * Familiarity with inventory control , marketing , and maintaining effective customer service standards enhances overall performance.
