TITLE/ROLE: Sales Representative DEPARTMENT: Sales Inspired by the lyrics and island lifestyle of singer Jimmy Buffett, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale is a destination resort with RV Camping and Cabana Cabins. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Present, promote and sell all aspects of the resort * Perform analysis of client to best meet their needs * Establish and maintain relationships * Resolve client issues and maximize client satisfaction * Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the resort * Answer all inbound phone calls * Conduct resort tours * Make and document a minimum of 25 prospecting calls per week * Answer client's questions * Negotiate with clients * Create positive revenue results * Analyze competition * Ensure 100% of clients receive and return surveys * Keep database of all inquiries * Attend sales meetings * Collaborate with all resort departments * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * College degree preferred * Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar setting such as hotel, country club, amusement park or waterpark, stadium or arena, resort or other attraction * Proven history of successful sales results * Previous client base is preferred * Willingness and ability to work occasional nights and weekends. * Infectious, positive and enthusiastic attitude This position reports to the Group Sales Manager.
