Roofing Sales Representative/Estimator We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual who wants to build a client base. Someone who enjoys meeting many different people, who provides quality services that your company stands behind and is proud of. This will be a great opportunity to work with our existing experienced staff and for a company who has a long, exceptional reputation in the roofing industry. We are a locally owned roofing, gutter and sheet metal company serving the Denver Metro area since 1984. We work for the construction building trade through many longstanding GC relationships, as well as roof/gutter services directly with homeowners, which continuously builds our referral base. Our services include all types of roofing, gutters and sheet metal, for residential and commercial properties. Qualifications : -Valid driver license - (good standing MVR) -Must be able to read construction blueprints -Basic math skills -Basic computer skills -Roofing (and/or Construction building knowledge) -Must have good communication and follow up skills Requirements : -Work week- M-F, 7:00 -4:00 pm with some flexibility -Opening and closing operations 1-day week Benefits : -Paid medical Insurance with Gap plan -Dental plan Option -Simple IRA retirement plan w/company matching -Paid Time Off (accrued) -Paid Vacation -Paid Holidays -Vehicle and/or vehicle allowance -Use of computer, fuel card and cellphone (or reimbursement) -Paid Weekly This position's pay is a base salary plus commissions.
