About the Role: As a Membership Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Turning warm leads into loyal, paying members. * Driving consistent monthly sales through in-person tours, phone calls, and follow-ups. * Keeping a full, working pipeline--then closing it. * Becoming the face of the brand during the membership process. * Working closely with management to fine-tune strategies and improve conversions. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (B2B, B2C, inside sales, gym memberships, financial services, insurance, etc.). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. * Excellent communication and persuasive skills. * Highly self-motivated with a strong internal drive. * Strong organizational skills.
