Postal Annex is searching for the right fit to join our team. The positive/enthusiastic person we're seeking must be mature, extremely dependable, quality minded, trustworthy, self-motivated, has excellent work ethics, shows pride in their work, and truly loves customer service. We have ZERO room for drama, negativity or standing around/not working. This is a customer facing retail position that requires a high level of quality, and you must be willing/able to follow procedures and be able to cross-sell. You will greet customers by name. You will be working with a small team, so being ultra-dependable , friendly, with a helpful demeanor is an absolute necessity. * Pay starts at $15. Greater if you have experience in our field * Our Qualified Pay Level Program can increase your pay level with demonstrated abilities * We are closed on Sundays and major holidays OTHER REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or GED * At least 3 years retail customer service, with 1 year in retail sales * Strong communication, verbal, spelling and typing skills * Cash handling experience * Able to lift 35# pounds and work on your feet all day * Looking for a long-term position only - no temps! * Wanting to work 20+ hours/week * Able to work alternating Saturdays from 9:45AM - 5:30PM * Able to work weekdays through close at 7PM * Able to work all shifts and can fill in for call-outs. We pack & ship, rent private mailboxes, print, fax, scan, copy, laminate, book bind, duplicate keys, take passport photos, make rubber stamps, LiveScan fingerprinting, perform notary services, and sell packing supplies, office supplies, gifts, greeting cards, and more!
