Job Summary :We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Comfort Advisor to join our sales team. The Comfort Advisor will engage with homeowners to assess their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive sales of our residential services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and a passion for building trust with customers to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities : * Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC (e.g., heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners), plumbing (e.g., water heaters, piping, fixtures), and electrical (e.g., wiring, lighting, panels) needs. * Present customized solutions and educate homeowners on the benefits of Triumph Home Services' offerings. * Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates, proposals, and financing options to close sales. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. * Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer follow-up. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay informed about industry trends, products, and technologies in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Qualifications : * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services. * Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems (e.g., ductwork, split systems), plumbing systems (e.g., water lines, fixtures), and electrical systems (e.g., home wiring, lighting). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a customer-facing role. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trust with homeowners. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or relevant degree is a plus.
