Full description of the position

If you're a top-notch sales representative with a can-do attitude and experience in the payroll, HR and/or time & labor management industry, we've got an opportunity for you. B2E Solutions helps businesses connect to their employees by delivering the market leading UKG Ready workforce management solution with B2E's personalized service. Our approach and culture produce happy customers and even happier employees! * Minimum 3 years successfully hunting, prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business * Demonstrated proven sales success as a top producer in HR/Payroll or Time & Labor Solutions sales or related industry * Understanding of executive level business drivers, value expectations, business cases, and ROI assumptions * Excellent influence and negotiation skills * Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Experience with "solution selling" methods * Experience with Microsoft Office tools * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience * Prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of new accounts in your assigned territory * Ensuring there are enough qualified revenue opportunities in the pipeline at any time. * Meet with decision makers to analyze their needs and identify areas that B2E can provide valuable solutions. * Develop interactive sales strategies based on client needs and B2E guidelines. * Collaborate with the VP of Business Development, as well as your peers, to meet (and exceed!) assigned sales goals and share market and product feedback to improve B2E offering and service. * Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape, as well as B2E products and services to drive sales. * Use B2E sales methodology, processes and tools including maintaining required activity, sales opportunities and contacts in our CRM tool. * Collaborate and support other internal resources to ensure successful implementations/service of your accounts.
