Principle Toyota - Memphis, TN Sales Consultant We here at Principle Toyota are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Your goal will be to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process of high-end vehicles. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking, to generate leads. * Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. * Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience. * Upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized inventory control system to ensure optimal stock levels. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective marketing strategies. * Conduct public speaking presentations for promotional events or community outreach programs. * Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
