MY DR NOW | In-Office Only (Arizona) MY DR NOW is hiring a Director of Revenue to lead the teams that directly drive our growth. This is a hands-on, in-the-trenches leadership role for someone who shows up every day, leads from the front, and expects excellence. This role is fully in-office. We're looking for a leader who believes the best results come from being present, engaged, and shoulder-to-shoulder with their team --not managing from a distance. What You'll Own * Performance of our most critical revenue-generating teams * Building, scaling, and driving high-output teams and systems * Daily execution, accountability, and results * Turning strategy into revenue--fast Who You Are * A proven revenue leader with experience in sales, healthcare revenue cycle, or both * Hungry, competitive, and motivated by growth and outcomes * A builder who leads from the floor--not an ivory tower * Comfortable being hands-on and in the details when needed This is not a passive leadership role.
