Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship- building. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our software solutions to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for technology sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Utilize warm calling techniques to build rapport with potential customers. * Leverage CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Identify market trends and customer needs to position our software solutions effectively. * Collaborate with the estimation team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. * Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients. * Stay updated on industry developments and technology trends to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction sales. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Experience with outbound calling and warm calling techniques is preferred. * Ability to market software solutions effectively and understand client needs. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
