Volkswagen of Clarksville is in search of a quality BDC Sales Representative. We are looking for a positive and motivated personality. This position is responsible for responding to internet leads, answering inbound calls to the dealership, and always giving 100% customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Respond to internet service leads via phone call, text, or email * Setting appointments for test drives and deliveries * Work effectively together with co-workers and managers to create maximum synergy, coordination and cooperation * Maintain a professional appearance at all times * Answering inbound calls in a professional manner and setting appointments for prospective clients * Support online customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments * Other tasks as needed to assist the dealership management team Requirements: * Minimum of one year Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) but willing to train the right individual! * Must be enthusiastic, have high energy, and be outgoing and ambitious * Must have open availability and reliable transportation * Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills * Strong computer and phone skills.
