Volkswagen of Clarksville is in search of a quality BDC Sales Representative. We are looking for a positive and motivated personality. This position is responsible for responding to internet leads, answering inbound calls to the dealership, and always giving 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to internet service leads via phone call, text, or email
• Setting appointments for test drives and deliveries
• Work effectively together with co-workers and managers to create maximum synergy, coordination and cooperation
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Answering inbound calls in a professional manner and setting appointments for prospective clients
• Support online customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments
• Other tasks as needed to assist the dealership management team

Requirements

:

• Minimum of one year Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) but willing to train the right individual!
• Must be enthusiastic, have high energy, and be outgoing and ambitious
• Must have open availability and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Strong computer and phone skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
