Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory to effectively communicate with customers. * Assist in visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing shopping environment. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. * Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory control. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Proficiency in cash handling and experience operating a cash register. * Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory. * Experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred but not required. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers in conversation about features and benefits. * Supervisory skills are a plus, enabling effective teamwork within the store environment.
