Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the transloading and logistics industry.
- Drive outside sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospective clients, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee marketing efforts to promote our logistics solutions, utilizing digital channels, industry events, and targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and optimize outreach strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams--including operations, marketing, and technical staff--to tailor solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team by providing coaching, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and technical sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales within the logistics or transportation sectors.
- Demonstrated management skills with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in business development strategies that expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Strong marketing acumen combined with knowledge of technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership qualities paired with a customer-focused mindset that emphasizes outstanding service delivery.
