The Osborn - Rye, NY Salary: $82,300-$90,000 annually + commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed based on client demands; flexibility required. We are looking for an energized, relationship -driven Sales Counselor who enjoys connecting with people, telling a compelling story, and guiding families with empathy and professionalism. What You Will Do In this role, you will be a key ambassador of The Osborn experience. You will: * Welcome prospective residents and families and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive. * Conduct engaging tours that showcase our beautiful campus, apartments, assisted living and memory care options. * Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through calls, emails, events, networking, and community outreach. * Listen closely to the needs, concerns, and priorities of older adults and their families, then clearly explain how The Osborn's services can meet and exceed their expectations. * Develop strong relationships with local professionals such as elder law attorneys, care managers, and medical providers who refer clients to us. * Maintain accurate records in our systems and provide occupancy and activity reports that support team goals. * Collaborate closely with a supportive Sales team and leadership who truly value your input and ideas. Most of your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for special events or high-priority appointments.
