About the Role As a Customer Beverage Specialist, you will ensure excellent customer service and maintain beverage stations to standard. This role involves selling and delivering coffee, tea, and related products, ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent service and proactive problem-solving. Your expertise in customer relations and product knowledge will drive revenue growth and customer loyalty. Responsibilities * Deliver and restock beverage products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation. * Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, performing quality checks regularly. * Address and escalate customer issues to the sales manager, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction. * Manage inventory, invoices, and collections efficiently while on route. * Identify opportunities to increase revenue per stop through product placement and promotional activities. * Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the sales manager. * Learn to perform basic repairs and adjustments on brewing equipment. * Execute the customer engagement process to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Required Skills * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Mechanical aptitude with company hardware and software products. * Proficient in assessing customer needs. Preferred Skills * Route delivery experience. * Customer service background. * Foodservice industry experience. * Familiarity with brewing equipment.
