Business Development Representative Salary- $50-55K Plus High Commissions, Car Allowance, Gas Card and Bonus Benefits- Health, Dental, 401K matching * Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trend. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals. * Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation Experience: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field * Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadly. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. * Strategic thinking and planning abilities to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
