As an Account Manager Trainee for Eveforward Management, you will support customers through relationship-driven sales, account management, and consistent communication that builds long-term trust. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, learning professional account management, and developing strong sales skills while representing a nationally recognized client like AT&T. The Account Manager Trainee position includes paid training focused on ethical sales, effective account management, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will learn how to manage customer accounts, explain AT&T wireless plans, resolve service-related questions, and guide customers through informed sales decisions. Our objective is to combine transparent sales, proactive account management, and reliable customer support to drive satisfaction and long-term retention. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities * Engage with customers daily to present AT&T wireless products and services using a consultative sales approach * Support account management by setting up new customer accounts, updating services, and maintaining accurate customer information * Guide customers through the sales process by processing orders and acting as a consistent customer point of contact * Assist customers with service questions and basic troubleshooting while applying strong account management practices * Track sales activity and customer interactions to ensure organized account management and follow-up * Deliver professional customer service while identifying ethical sales opportunities aligned with customer needs Account Manager Trainee Qualifications * Strong interest in sales, account management, and working directly with customers * Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, though not required * Clear communication skills to build rapport with customers and explain AT&T solutions * Detail-oriented approach to account management and handling customer information * Ability to work independently and within a team to support sales goals and customer satisfaction This Account Manager Trainee role is a strong entry point for candidates looking to grow a career in sales, develop real-world account management experience, and work hands-on with customers while supporting our client, AT&T, in a fast-evolving wireless market.
