Lead a High-Performing Roofing Sales Team in Dallas-Fort Worth Ready Roofing & Solar is expanding in the DFW market and seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Team Leader to build, train, and lead a top- producing field sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role for proven roofing sales professionals who thrive on performance, accountability, and strong earnings. What You'll Do * Lead, coach, and manage a field-based roofing sales team across the DFW metroplex * Recruit, train, and mentor new and experienced reps in door-to-door and in-home sales * Set clear expectations and drive team accountability to exceed revenue goals * Develop and execute territory strategies to maximize production * Track performance metrics, provide ongoing coaching, and adjust strategies as needed * Ensure an exceptional customer experience from inspection through project completion What We're Looking For * Proven roofing sales experience required with a strong personal production history * Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and scale sales teams in the field * Strong leadership presence with hands-on coaching skills * Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities * Results-driven mindset with a passion for high earnings and team success * Ability to analyze performance data and optimize sales strategies * Valid driver's license and ability to work full-time in the DFW area Compensation & Benefits * $500 per week base pay * Generous commission structure + team overrides * First-year earning potential: $180,000 -$250,000+ * Ongoing leadership training, sales resources, and operational support * Clear growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company * Supportive, performance-focused culture built around long-term success Location & Schedule * Full-time, in-person leadership role based in Dallas * Field-based sales management throughout the DFW metroplex Ready to Lead From the Front?
