Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and champion our logistics services. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. Responsibilities * Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets for logistics and freight solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence. * Represent RFMX / Houger Express at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies. * Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. * Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profits while delivering value to our clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and results in CRM systems. Qualifications * 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within transportation, logistics, or freight industry. * Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain landscape. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite. * Willingness to travel as required.
