Watch our company video : [please apply online] Position Overview As Sales Manager, you'll drive both your personal sales pipeline and lead a team of Account Executives to meet aggressive growth targets in our local and regional markets. You'll play a hands-on role in closing new business, mentoring team members, and shaping the future of our sales team. Key Responsibilities * Lead, train, and manage a team of Account Executives * Set daily activity targets and provide 1:1 coaching * Close your own book of business * Oversee pipeline management and sales reporting * Collaborate with leadership to hit company-wide revenue goals * Participate in hiring and onboarding of sales team members * Champion our brand in the field with a relentless focus on value and service Qualifications * 3+ years of sales management experience * Sales leadership or team lead experience is strongly preferred * Strong organizational and CRM skills * Proven ability to hit revenue and gross profit quotas * Strong verbal communication and in-person closing skills Compensation & Benefitsr * OTE: $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission and team GP override) * Company-paid training through ClearView Sales University * Career path into senior leadership or enterprise sales * Paid time off, holidays, and health benefits * Auto and phone allowance How to Apply Submit your resume directly through Indeed.
