Job description: We are looking for motivated Roofing Salespeople to join our team! DON'T WORRY! If you don't have experience- we offer a state of the art training platform, online training dashboard, and team environment. * You can make a minimum of $80-$90k+ with our program, depending on your efforts! * Our top earners make well over $250k a Year! Responsibilities: * Must be willing to network and prospect for new leads * Experience in residential or commercial sales is a plus * Excellent relationship and communication skills * Excellent negotiation skills * Clean, neat, professional appearance * Must have reliable transportation * Responsibilities will include running leads, prospecting, estimating projects, creating work orders, taking pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members Qualifications: * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments * Background in customer service and account management * Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technologies * Ability to conduct product demos and engage in cold calling * Experience in business development and marketing strategies Why Work at Evolve Construction: * We don't throw you to the wolves.
