Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target home health agencies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations within assigned territories. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions, emphasizing features that improve patient management and compliance. * Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and upselling additional features or services. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client needs while meeting company goals. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts in the home health sector. * Maintain comprehensive territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the healthcare industry. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. * Expertise in business development, account management, and territory management to maximize growth opportunities. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. * Excellent communication skills for product demos, presentations, and customer engagement. * Ability to perform detailed analysis of market data to identify new prospects and optimize sales strategies. * Skilled in cold calling, direct sales approaches, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. * Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions related to home health services is highly desirable.
