Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Health Software Marketing & Sales professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the healthcare technology sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and business development to promote innovative home health software solutions. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships with healthcare providers, manage key accounts, and generate new leads. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting healthcare organizations with cutting-edge technology that enhances patient care and operational efficiency. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target home health agencies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations within assigned territories. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions, emphasizing features that improve patient management and compliance. * Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and upselling additional features or services. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client needs while meeting company goals. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts in the home health sector. * Maintain comprehensive territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the healthcare industry. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. * Expertise in business development, account management, and territory management to maximize growth opportunities. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. * Excellent communication skills for product demos, presentations, and customer engagement. * Ability to perform detailed analysis of market data to identify new prospects and optimize sales strategies. * Skilled in cold calling, direct sales approaches, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. * Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions related to home health services is highly desirable.
