Our Delmar location is looking to find experienced hard working individuals to join our team as Hardware Manager! The Hardware Manager must engage in counter and phone sales with a main focus on hardware sales and inventory management! * Full Time 40+ Hours per week- Set Schedule * Discretionary profit share after one year of employment * Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately * Understand the marketplace and know product features * Work to meet prospect customers' needs * Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales * Effective closing technique * Work productively; number of sales per day, add on sales, quotes to orders, suggestive selling, etc. * Quote follow up- quote to order conversion * Share expertise with others PERKS FOR OUR PEOPLE!
