Job Overview As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our retail store. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions - Handle cash transactions accurately - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels - Supervise and train junior staff members as needed Qualifications - Experience in luxury retail sales - Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to effectively sell products and services - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Shift: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Dallas, TX 75234 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Dallas, TX 75234: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
