About the Role As a Sales Representative at Metro by T-Mobile, you'll be the face of the brand -- providing outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the best wireless solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork, communication, and energy drive success. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless plans, phones, and accessories. * Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. * Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and network features. * Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are clean and organized. * Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. * Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture. Education * High School Diploma or GED preferred. Work Experience * 6 months to 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred) NOT REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Passionate about creating positive customer interactions while meeting goals. * Competitive drive, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. * Quick learner, self-motivated, and comfortable using technology and digital tools.
