We are a fast-growing appliance retailer focused on delivering great deals, honest service, and a smooth customer experience. We are a small, hands-on team looking for motivated individuals who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and being rewarded for performance. What You 'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting appliances that meet their needs and budget
• Explain product features, warranties, delivery, and financing options
• Close sales both in-store and over the phone
• Follow up with customers and leads to drive completed sales
• Maintain basic product knowledge across major appliance brands
• Help keep the showroom organized and presentable
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly sales goals What We 're Looking For
• Sales experience preferred (retail, appliances, electronics, furniture, or commission sales a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Self-motivated and reliable -- able to work independently
• Willing to learn product knowledge and sales systems
• Comfortable standing, walking, and interacting with customers throughout the day Schedule
• Full-time (5 days per week)
• Weekend availability required
• Typical retail hours

Compensation
