Client Operations & Sales Support Specialist (Part-Time, Bilingual) Location: Riverview, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday * Front Desk Coverage: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (On-Site, Required)Employment Type: Part-Time About Us JoeyPrints (Calderon Creative Group LLC) works with local customers, event planners, and small businesses, and we're growing our front-of-house team to better serve walk-ins, inbound calls, and online inquiries. This role is all about people, conversations, and keeping things moving smoothly. The Role The Client Operations & Sales Support Specialist is the first person customers interact with--whether they walk in, call, or start a chat online. You'll help customers place smaller orders, answer questions, take passport photos, and spot larger opportunities that should be passed to our senior sales lead. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and being part of a busy, customer-facing environment, this role is a great fit. High performers can grow into a full time role over time. How You 'll Spend Your Time * 35% - Front Desk & Customer Intake -Greeting walk-ins, answering phone calls, and handling live website chat * 35% - Small Orders & Quoting-- Helping customers place standard orders, passport photos, and setting expectations * 15% - Customer Follow-Up & Reviews-Checking in after orders and asking happy customers for Google reviews * 10% - Lead Screening & Sales Support-Identifying larger or more complex projects and passing them to senior sales * 5% - Order Accuracy & Coordination-Making sure orders are completed correctly and coordinating with production when needed What You 'll Be Doing Front Desk & Customer Help * Manage the front desk from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday * Welcome walk-in customers and help them get what they need * Answer incoming phone calls and live chat messages * Quickly understand what the customer is looking for Orders & Lead Screening * Handle small, straightforward orders from start to finish * Quote standard products and place orders in our system * Pass larger or more complex projects to senior sales * Keep customer and order details organized and accurate Follow-Ups & Reviews * Follow up with customers after their order is complete * Ask happy customers to leave a Google review * Flag any issues early so we can fix them quickly Ongoing Customer Touchpoints * Check in with existing customers to see if they have upcoming projects * Reconnect with past customers and route bigger opportunities to sales Passport Photos * Take and print passport photos for walk-in customers * Package photos and make sure they meet basic requirements Order Coordination * Double-check that orders match what the customer requested * Coordinate with production teams when needed * Speak up early if something doesn't look right Who This Role Is For You'll do well in this role if you: * Are outgoing and enjoy talking to people * Feel comfortable on the phone and in person * Like helping customers and solving small problems * Stay organized Language Requirement * Bilingual (English / Spanish) required What We 're Looking For Required * Strong communication skills * Friendly, professional attitude * Ability to multitask at a front desk * Willingness to learn quoting and order workflows Nice to Have (Not Required) * Customer service or retail experience * Sales support or inside sales experience * Experience in printing or creative services Pay & Bonuses * Hourly pay (based on experience) * Quarterly performance bonuses based on things like: * Customer satisfaction * Follow-ups and reviews * Quality of lead handoffs * Reliability and consistency Growth Opportunity This role can grow into a full time position for the right person.
