Job description: Century Hotel Group is looking for a Director of Sales for the SpringHill Suites / TownePlace Suites by Marriott located in Mason, OH! Our all-suites hotel is in the perfect location, surrounded by an abundance of corporate offices, and less than 2 miles from Kings Island. The ideal candidate is a motivated and collaborative individual who can pivot quickly in an ever-changing landscape. A natural rapport builder, this person understands the nuances of business and corporate sales; can multitask like a master, and is willing to do what it takes to ensure this dual-branded hotel opens with established corporate relationships in place and group room blocks on the books, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Lead and execute all sales efforts and collaborate on Marketing and Revenue initiatives
• Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan
• Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years previous Director of Sales experience
• Marriott experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial and competitive set data to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Strategic and innovative thought leader
• Previous hotel experience is a must Perks
