Key Responsibilities

:

• Act as the main liaison between clients and consumers by participating in sales meetings with current and prospective partners
• Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships using account management skills across multi-state and international markets
• Conduct market and territory research to maximize product exposure and client visibility
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to confidently address client sales questions and recommend effective solutions
• Attend quarterly Wireless Client Representative training seminars to support ongoing professional growth
• Present and implement new ideas supported by detailed market and brand research for assigned sales accounts
• Monitor campaign performance and review sales strategies regularly to improve reach, efficiency, and profitability Wireless Client Representative

Qualifications

:

• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in wireless sales, customer service, sales, or another client-facing role
• Associate's degree or some completed college coursework
• Prior experience as a Wireless Client Representative is highly desirable
