Job Summary EagleSticks Golf Club is seeking a motivated and organized Sales and Event Director to help drive revenue growth across our events, banquet, restaurant, and golf operations. This role focuses on generating new business, managing event-related communication, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting leadership with administrative coordination so the business can continue to grow strategically. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales activity with event coordination and internal support. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new banquet, corporate, and event business through outreach and relationship building * Send professional outbound and follow-up emails to prospective clients and partners * Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, caterers, and venue partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining high-quality standards. * Oversee all aspects of event marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events through digital channels, social media, and community outreach efforts. * Manage budgets for events and sales initiatives, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising guest experience or quality. * Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, upselling opportunities, and personalized event solutions. * Coordinate with internal teams such as catering, banquet staff, and hospitality personnel to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of contracts, client communications, event logistics, and post-event evaluations to optimize future planning efforts. * Support both restaurant and golf operations where appropriate, especially in sales and promotion efforts * Collaborate with golf, food & beverage, and events to maximize opportunities Skills * Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while fostering long-term relationships. * Strong marketing acumen with experience in event marketing strategies that boost visibility and attendance. * Expertise in event planning and management from initial concept through execution with attention to detail. * Excellent customer service skills combined with outstanding communication abilities to engage clients and guests confidently. * Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple events simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. * Experience in banquet operations, catering coordination, or hospitality environments such as restaurants or hotels is highly desirable. * Proficiency in budgeting, contracts management, and fundraising activities related to event sponsorships or community partnerships. * Knowledge of hospitality industry standards with a focus on guest services and guest experience enhancement.
