Job Title: Director of Sales Location: Home2 Prosper Pay: Up to $80k/annually Life as a Director of Sales: As the Director of Sales with Superhost Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our business. Your responsibilities include: * Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. * Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. * Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction. What We're Looking For: We are seeking an individual with the following attributes: * Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. * Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Innovative: Keen awareness of market trends and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. Additional Requirements: * Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required. * Previous experience in Hilton (preferred). * Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
