Outside Sales Account Manager Superior Asphalt - Evansville, IN Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Salary + Uncapped Commission Benefits: Full Benefits Package Company Vehicle Provided About Superior Asphalt Superior Asphalt is a family-owned asphalt paving and maintenance company with over 16 years of experience serving the tri-state area. We specialize in asphalt paving, sealcoating, and repairs for both residential and commercial clients. Our team values professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships. We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to help grow our commercial sales and strengthen client partnerships. Position Summary The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting Superior Asphalt's services throughout the Evansville, IN territory and surrounding areas. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients. Industry experience in asphalt, construction, property management, or related fields is a plus--but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a solid outside sales background.
