Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Sales Representative Role Overview COMISSION ONLY We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven MCA Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between small business owners and the working capital they need to thrive. You will identify prospects, build relationships with business owners, and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to funding. The ideal candidate is a "closer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to small and medium-sized businesses through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. * Consultative Selling: Analyze business financial needs and educate owners on the benefits of MCA products compared to traditional lending. * Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry. * Underwriting Coordination: Collect necessary documentation (bank statements, applications) and work closely with the underwriting team to get files approved and funded. * Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to facilitate renewals and referrals.
